Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery within New Zealand is 2–4 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping across New Zealand.

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional courier delays can occur. Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, TrickleCo. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch and we'll happily help you track it down.
